By visiting our Site, accessing the Platform, or purchasing any Subscription or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Site or use any services.
GUARD GRC operates an AI governance platform that provides regulatory intelligence, risk assessment, policy generation, and compliance management tools. Subscriptions provide access to Platform features as described on our pricing page. The specific features available depend on your Subscription tier.
We provide professional B2B advisory services for corporate clients. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms of engagement for Consulting Services are defined in a formal proposal or statement of work provided prior to engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter binding contracts. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@guardgrc.com of any unauthorised access.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for internal business purposes related to AI governance, risk assessment, policy generation, and regulatory compliance during your Subscription term. You shall not:
The Platform, the GUARD framework, and all content, source code, trademarks, and associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of GUARD GRC L.L.C-FZ. Your Subscription grants a licence to use the Platform during your Subscription term only.
Content you upload remains your property. Content generated by the Platform (policies, assessments, reports) is licensed to you for your internal business use.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, including UAE VAT where required, are handled at the point of payment.
Platform Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Consulting Services are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the client's statement of work.
The Platform provides governance tools, regulatory intelligence, and AI-generated content to support your compliance efforts. Platform outputs are not legal advice. All business decisions and the implementation of governance recommendations remain your sole responsibility. We recommend consulting qualified legal counsel for jurisdiction-specific regulatory obligations.
We strive for continuous Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may be performed with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of GUARD GRC L.L.C-FZ for any claim arising out of or in connection with our Platform or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Subscription or Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GUARD GRC L.L.C-FZ, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a Subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. You may request export of your uploaded data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
