Sub-processors | GUARD GRC™

GUARD GRC L.L.C-FZ uses a deliberately short list of service providers to run the GUARD platform. Where those providers process personal data contained in Customer Content, they act as sub-processors under our Data Processing Addendum. We name them, state what they receive, and say where they process it. When the list changes, this page is updated at least 14 days before a new sub-processor begins processing Customer Content, and the date above changes; clients who want direct notice of changes can request it via our contact page.

Notes That Matter

No training. Under the commercial API terms of both AI providers, data submitted through the Platform is not used to train models.
Dedicated infrastructure. The Platform does not run on shared multi-customer cloud databases. The full stack runs on a server dedicated to GUARD, in the United Kingdom.
No analytics inside the Platform. No analytics or advertising provider receives any Platform data.
Website providers. The public website at aigovernance.ae additionally uses Google Analytics (anonymised) and is hosted by Hostinger. Website analytics never touch Platform data.
Payment provider. Where card payments are offered, a third-party payment provider processes payment data; card details never reach our servers. The provider will be named here before card payments go live.
